The Software Engineers Natural language Semantics Encoding (SENSE)

SENSE defines principles and an algebraic basis that build the conceptual fundament of the SENSE Annotation Language for English (SALe).

To use SAL_E MX and SAL_E it is not neccesary to fully understand everything described here.
